走进汽贸

     上海宝钢住商汽车贸易有限公司（以下简称“宝钢汽贸”）成立于2002年,2006年由日本住友商事株式会社注资组建合资公司，注册资金达1.6亿人民币。其中宝钢出资8160万元，占51%；住友商事出资7840万元，占49%。宝钢汽贸自此成为国内第一家经国家商务部批准设立的跨地区的汽车零售贸易中外合资公司。
宝钢汽贸按照世界500强公司的标准组织运营，朝着CS No.1的目标持续改进。在近十年的经营过程中，公司获得多项荣誉，诸如全国工商联汽车经销商分会颁发的“全国十佳发展潜力经销商”、上海市汽车销售行业协会颁发的“上海市汽车销售优秀企业”、2010上海世博会汽车销售示范企业等；公司自2010年起成为上海市汽车销售行业协会会长单位。
宝钢汽贸现有12家4s店,2个城市展厅,1家二手车经营公司,1家二手车交易市场,涉及品牌:一汽丰田、一汽奥迪、长安马自达、东风日产、上海大众、一汽大众、通用雪佛兰、一汽吉林。

Brief Introduction of the Enterprise
   Shanghai Baosteel Sumitomo Auto Trading Co., Ltd.(Baosteel Auto Trading) was established in 2002 and in 2006 it became a joint venture funded by Sumitomo Corporation,Japan, with registration funding of 160 million yuan. Among the funding, Baosteel covers 81.6 million yuan (51%) and Sumitomo Corporation covers 78.4 million yuan (49%). Thus, Baosteel Auto Trading became the first auto-trade joint venture across regions approved by the Ministry of Commerce in China.
   Run according to the organization operation standards of Fortune 500 enterprises, Baosteel Auto Trading is developing towards the direction of CS No1. In the recent 10 years, the enterprise has won many awards such as the "10 best potential sales dealers in China" by National Federation of Industry and Commerce, auto Trade Subdivision, "Excellent Auto Trading Enterprise in Shanghai" by Shanghai Auto Trade Association and 2010 Expo Auto Sales Model Enterprise. Since 2010, the enterprise becomes the Shanghai Auto Sales Association Leader Unit.
Baosteel Auto Trading has 13 4s-stores, 2 city exhibition halls, 1 second-hand auto sales company, 1 second-hand auto sales market. The brands included are: FAW Toyata, FAW Auto, Changan Mazda, Dongfeng Nissan, Shanghai Volkswagen, General Motors Chevrolet, MG SAIC and FAW Jilin.
